ONLINE TRAINING FOR AFRICAN SPORTS JOURNALISTS

 

In order to improve the performance of Media Professionals willing to cover the next TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations and other Major Sporting Events, the Italian Broadcaster RAI (based in Rome) in cooperation with the Italian Centre of Superior Studies for the training of Radio and Tv journalists called La Scuola di Perugia, is pleased to offer AUB a High Quality Online Course for the benefit of African Sports Journalists.

The training comes against the backdrop of An Agreement concluded in 2019 between the African Union of Broadcasting (AUB) and Rai Italia, during the General Assembly of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) organized in Tokyo.

The training will kick-off on Tuesday, 21st December 2021.

 

Qualified candidates will access the online Self-paced Platform via a password that will be sent to them in due time, with the possibility of following the online lessons at the time of their choice.

​

Nevertheless, they will be called to complete the Course before the Online LIVE WEBINAR scheduled to take place on Monday 3rd January, 2022 and exchange ideas with the experienced Rai’s Media Professionals in the field of sports reporting, storytelling and events.
