AFCON 2021: Twenty three countries obtained their qualification ticket
Tuesday, March 30, 2021 marked the end of the qualifying phase for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations to be held in Cameroon in 2022.
In addition to the organizing country, the giants of Africa like Algeria, Côte d'Ivoire, Egypt, Senegal, Ghana, Nigeria, Morocco and Tunisia had already qualified for the next AFCON.
On the 30th of March 2021, Guinea-Bissau, Ethiopia and Mauritania obtained their tickets. However, some teams will watch the competition on their TV Channels.
Among the big absentees are Uganda, South Africa, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola, Kenya, Togo, Zambia, Congo and Madagascar.
The winner of the match between Benin and Sierra Leone scheduled in June 2021 will determine the last qualifier.
